The hotel is located on the slope of Avlabari and from its windows there is a breathtaking view of the city. The building itself is quite old, built in Neoclassical style. Our goal was not to let the interior fall out from the architecture and to merge them harmoniously.  

The hotel consists of 17 non-standard rooms, restaurant, bar, two outdoor cafes, lounge spaces and a swimming pool.

Terrazzo flooring - This material expresses best an old and new synthesis. Vertical gardens in the lobby area creates connection with the interior and exterior spaces, separated by a curtain glass wall.  The wood panels bring warmth and coziness and the details of brass performs their harmonious connection.
